Having graduated from the Cathal Brugha College of Catering, Paula has spent 30 years in the catering business, including restaurants renowned for their culinary excellence like Ashford Castle and The Ship in Dunmore East.
Paula’s Delicatessen has been opened at Unit 2 Park Road in Waterford for 5 years now and is thriving thanks to continuous hard work, passion and the dedication of Paula and her team.
They have an amazing range of fresh seasonal salads, cider baked ham, poached salmon, treacle brown bread, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and healthy dishes, main courses and a mouth watering array of pastries and desserts.
You can call in for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea or pick up dinner and dessert to take home with you. All their products are made and cooked in their kitchen on site.
